If you contact us, enquire about an original painting, buy a print or join a service, information such as your name, email address and relevant transaction details may be processed so the enquiry or service can be handled.

MJS TV membership, payment and account services are provided through Vimeo OTT. Members Studio currently uses a separate community service. Those services may process information under their own privacy terms when you use them.

Physical product purchases, including print or original transactions where directed there, may be completed through PalettePro. PalettePro is a separate business and its own checkout and privacy information applies to those transactions.

We use first party analytics to understand visits, traffic sources and how people move through the website. Analytics storage is only activated after you choose to allow analytics cookies. You can decline analytics and still use the website.

Information is kept only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected, including customer support, accounting, legal obligations and service administration.
